Pre-Order Shipping
All pre-order items are made available ahead of their official release and will be dispatched as soon as they are ready. Please allow additional time for production and fulfilment.
All pre-orders will ship no later than mid-September. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email
Shipping
• In-stock items will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after your order is placed.
• Pre-order items are expected to ship at the beginning of September. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags (where applicable).
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or returned in a condition different from how they were received.
